Description
This Non Retention Ball Valve is an all-inclusive ball seat design fitting designed to solve the problem of liquid retention and is widely used in various biopharmaceutical projects. The fundamental difference between it and the common ball valve is that it has a highly sealed design to a good sanitary standard, which prevents the medium from remaining and has the characteristics of residue-free and sterile use. In contrast, ordinary ball valves usually have a small gap between the ball and the seal, and the medium will have some residue after exceeding the specified flow rate.
Features
The Non Retention Ball Valve provides excellent corrosion resistance for most engineered applications. Made of high quality stainless steel, it has good chemical stability and therefore works well in applications such as water, oil, light alkalis and acids, fuels and alcohols. Also, it comes with a lockable lever handle so you can easily control the switch manually and also reduce the risk of leakage. In addition, it is easy to use with a quick clamping connection to the outer diameter of the tube for quick disassembly and cleaning.
